Shanghai Heat Transfer Equipment Co., Ltd. (SHPHE in short) is a Sino-German joint venture, specialized in design, manufacturing, installation and service of plate heat exchanger. Facilities such as high precision press, automatic electric resistant /arc welding machine, automatic multi-spot welding machine, TIG welding machine ensure the hardware capability for manufacturing different plate heat exchangers.

The successful development of domestic first wide gap welded plate heat exchanger filled the market gap. The successful development of welded plate heat exchanger extended application of conventional gasketed plate heat exchanger. In 2008, SHPHE supplied heat exchanger for Olympic venue. In 2010, provided heat exchanger to Shanghai Expo, solar power generating system.
